• Embroidered: Classic embroidered patches with polyester thread sewn on poly blended twill. Heat seal, Velcro, Plastic or Sticker backings are optional. Metallic thread colors are available. Shapes are fully customizable.

• Woven: Woven patches use thinner threads that are woven together instead of embroidered onto a fabric, they are ideal when a design is too detailed or complex to be achieved with the embroidery process.  Woven patches are thinner without the texture of embroidered patches. Metallic thread colors are available. Higher detail than embroidery.

• Chenille: Chenille patches are made with fluffy, carpet-like material. A popular choice for varsity jackets.

• Sublimated: Sublimation is done with full-color transfers heat pressed onto poly twill fabric. It’s good for full-color images with small details that can't embroider cleanly. It’s a flat process that lacks the dimension of embroidery. Great for gradients!

• Photo Over: Photo over patches are created with full-color transfers to pre-embroidered patches. This process is great for full-color images in situations where the added dimension of embroidery is desired.

• Leather: Leather patches are made out of high-quality animal hide and can be stamped with your logo or design. Leather patches are great for hats, bags, jeans, or any other sturdy style of garment or accessory.

• PVC: PVC is a soft plastic material that is bright and durable. PVC patches can be either 2D or 3D and are completely waterproof.
