• Die Struck Hard Enamel: A top quality pin struck out of brass base material. Hard enamel paste is hand filled, baked, ground flat then and polished to make a smooth and very scratch resistant surface. This is a very similar look to old fashioned cloisonné.

• Die Struck Soft Enamel: Die struck out of top quality brass base material. Hand filled with soft enamel into the recessed areas. Metal is plated with your choice of metal finishes. Epoxy dome is optional for protection against enamel scratching.

• Printed Pins: Printed pins are printed using offset printing directly onto the metal. The shape can be die-cut. An epoxy dome is required on all our printed pins for protection.

• PVC Soft Rubber: Our PVC pins are made through a plastic molding process. Custom shapes are possible. The soft plastic material can be Pantone color matched.
